The Dance Basics Plus "Learn to Dance Country & Western Series I" applies time-tested techniques used by educators so you can learn to dance with confidence; Two-Step, Waltz, Triple/Texas-2, Single & East Coast Swing. You'll begin by learning the ABC's of Country Dancing, Four Basic Steps, various Dance Positions, Balance techniques, CBM, and other techniques that must be learned at the various levels.
