Genghis Cohn

A former Nazi concentration camp commandant has settled into a small Bavarian town where he is police chief. But shades of the violence and horror of his past come back as his quiet life is shattered by a murder, a mistress, and the appearance of the ghost of Genghis Cohn, a Jewish comedian killed in the concentration camp. Slowly and deftly, with hilarious touches, Cohn exacts his ironic and surprising revenge.
