Pathways Exercise Video for People with Limited MobilityPathways is an exercise program for seniors, people with mild arthritis, people with multiple sclerosis, people who are overweight, or for anyone who wants a basic, non-aerobic exercise routine. It has a unique yoga-based approach, with gentle music in the background, using breathing techniques and concluding with a 10-minute relaxation. Each position is shown with an assistant for those who need help stretching, strengthening and relaxing.
