It is important for servicers to know how to properly troubleshoot and repair gas ranges for two reasons. If a gas range is not repaired properly, it can create a serious safety hazard. Also, the gas range is popular nationwide, and lack of troubleshooting knowledge indicates incomplete servicing skills.
