Champions of Wildlife

Fifty-nine native American animal species are now extract, and 186 others are endangered. Sometimes help comes in the form of legislation, such as the Endangered Species Act of 1973. But we need more. This program introduces us to a new breed of inspired individuals who work day and night to fight the destruction of America's wildlife and its natural habitats.
