Man-Eaters of India
A remarkable tribute to the deadly jungle cats of Kumaon, India, and to Jim Corbett, the man who helped save them from extinction. Corbet (portrayed by actor Frederick Treves) was an expert tracker and hunter who understood that only some tigers became a deadly threat to humans, while the others needed protection to survive. His knowledge and respect for the proud beasts, and his tireless efforts on behalf of their conservation eventually led to the creation of India's first tiger reserve, appropriately named in his honor.
