Underdeveloped & Overexposed: Putting Your Self-Esteem in Focus

This positive and upbeat program acquaints young adults with the problems caused by low self-esteem and teaches techniques for creating a more positive self-image. Viewers learn what self-esteem is, how it is formed and the difficulties created by a low self-image. As they follow three high school students who are struggling with their own self-images, viewers learn techniques for combatting a low self-esteem and exercises for turning negative feelings into positive attributes. This motivational tool is not only for students who need to improve their self-image, but also for those who feel up one day and down the next.
