Advanced Stunts

Advanced Stunts is an action-packed instructional video designed to improve the technical skills of all-girl cheerleading squads. The video features Cheer Elite's instructor Patrick Cowherd and the UCA Top 10 finalist Minnetonka High School cheerleaders. Together, they show how to properly execute some of the toughest advanced stunts, including the Extension Full Down, the Liberty, the Hill Stretch Full Down, and the Arabesque. Patrick also covers safety and spotting and offers tips on what separates the good from the great on a cheerleading squad.
