Cheerleading Routines

Carol and Lance will guide you through the fundamental exercises and movements of cheerleading. Each technique is demonstrated by the award-winning cheerleaders from Richardson High School in Dallas, Texas. Carol and Lance are both on the staff of the National Cheerleaders Association.
