Triathlon: Training and Competing

A program for total physical and mental fitness featuring top triathlon athletes including: Scott Molina and Julie Leach covering swimming, Scott Tinley and Kathleen McCartney covering cycling, and Dale Basescu and Julie Moss covering running. In addition, there is a 20-minute segment called "Ironman", which is an award-winning documentary of the February 1982 mariathlon. It is hosted and narrated by Bruce Dern.
