The Lost Dutchman Mine - The grand-daddy of all American treasure tales, the search for this mine continues to captivate the imagination and since the turn of the century over 50 people have died unsolved deaths in its pursuit. Kokoweef Peak, near present day Las Vegas, two indian brothers told the story of finding an underground cavern with a "river of gold". Polynesian Treasure - When Hawaii's King Kamehameha I died, his remains, along with valuable possessions were buried in a secret cave. To this day the secret cave has not been discovered.
