O.S.H.A. Hazard Communication - Compliance

The O.S.H.A. Hazard Communication Standard requires all employers to provide employees with specific information on hazardous chemicals. Eventually employers must develop a written program and conduct training to accomplish this. The documentation is subject to O.S.H.A. inspection and there are fines as high as $70,000.
