Knitting, Multi-Color Techniques for Handknitters

This intermediate/advanced knitting course assumes that you already know knitting basics, how to cast on and knit & purl. You will learn how to do color gradation with single and multiple rows of stripes, then Intarsia, Jacquard, stranded and weaving techniques with multiple colors; how to knit seams together, incorporate beads, plus one-handed and two-handed knitting techniques, which means you will be learning both the American/British & Continental methods of knitting!! You'll even learn how to carry multiple strands of yarn in both hands at the same time, as you combine the British & Continental methods. Received the Bronze Award at the International Film & Video Festival Worldfest in Charleston 1994.
