Needlepoint: Unique and Unusual Techniques

The student will learn how to transfer a design (enclosed) to needlepoint canvas, stitch the design using more than 20 different stitches and various fibers and objects including ribbon, perle cotton, beads, shiska mirrors, wool, velour, flosses and straw. Flowers will be stitched in a dimensional manner and the basket woven to look like a real basket. Ideas on mounting and framing are included. For beginners to very experienced.
