Get Up And Go: After Breast Surgery

Developed for use after breast surgery, this program includes five different sequence levels that can be used immediately following breast surgery or utilized even if the surgery was some time ago. The women performing the exercises have all undergone breast surgery and exercise has been very beneficial to their recovery. The tape was developed in conjunction with the American Cancer Society, Michigan Division, Inc. and the University of Michigan Medical Center.
