Optometry

Optometrists are presented examining eyes, prescribing and fitting eye glasses and contact lenses. Areas of responsibility with respect to referring patients to medical practitioners are noted. Special skills required in the use of optometric aids are demonstrated by those involved, and licensing procedures are mentioned.
