NICU staff roles and functions are described & typical NICU equipment and monitors are explained. The range of possible complications are discussed "from head to toe". Parents of older children who were premature share their experiences and encouragement. Designed to be shown to the parents (and other family members) within a day or two after birth, and is used in in-service training.
