Rocket Men

Although it covers all participants in the space race, "Rocket Men," focuses on one man in particular. Robert Goddard was a visionary who dreamed of events that would take place decades in the future. His concepts of rocket science, developed in the early years of this century, were valid when the first rocket blasted off into space. This video documents the lifework of Goddard, one of our most important scientists.
