Week in the Life of a Mexican Student

An overview of a week in the life of fourteen year-old high school student Xavier Sierra. Xavier work in a tortilla factory every morning before school to earn money for his schooling. This film shows Xavier in English, history, and chemistry classes; at work; and with his friends and family. Xavier goes with his class to Mexico City to visit the university; to the country with his family for a Mexican barbecue; and to a party where each girl is chaperoned by her mother.
