Children's Health in the Community

This video investigates this "quiet crisis," looking at how economic inequity, poor education, and inadequate health care affect the lives of children. But more than just cataloging these seemingly insurmountable problems, it explores several innovative, community based, interdisciplinary partnerships that are offering solutions and providing primary health care, immunization, literacy, AIDS care, as well as counseling for health and nutrition, birth control, substance abuse, domestic violence, and much more.
