Moving Freely: A Creative Dance Class

Students are guided through a warmup, exercises, clapping rhythms, moving feet, dancing with a prop, and watching student choreography. Instrumental music varies from upbeat & lively to soft & gentle. Healthy "life tips" appropriate for children are shared. This program encourages the physical, mental and creative abilities of children. Great for home, schools & libraries. Ages 3-10.
