Six Harmonies and Eight Methods: Shadow Boxing with Master York Loo

The 6 Harmonies/8 Methods ("Liou Ho Ba Fa") is a rare and beautiful internal martial art developed by the famous Taoist Yogi, Chen Hsi-I (Chen Po) nearly 1,00 years ago during China's Sung Dynasty. It is an extensive fighting form of 510 techniques that are strikingly similar to those of T'ai Chi, Hsing-I, and Pa Kua Chuan. Also known as water boxing ("Shwei Ch'uan"), this art develops harmony between body, mind and spirit as it unifies martial form and function.
